Being in a car accident can truly turn your life upside down regardless of the severity. I was going through the first stages in a new job that I had been wanting for a long time when my car was hit. There were so many meetings and trainings that I was not supposed to miss as well as studying for licenses that were required for the said job. I’m also a mom and a daughter to someone that was going through medical issues. My life was busy and hectic. He made sure that we could meet and met on SUNDAY morning at 9am. I will never forget that. I felt like time was being robbed from me and I didn’t have any more to spare and he understood that and met me on a day that was meant for himself. I told him from the very beginning that I wanted to get medical care and I didn’t want to have any of it come out of my pocket as it wasn’t my fault that I was in this situation. If the insurance had taken responsibility that would have been their only expense, but now I wanted them to take care of my billing and take care of the attorney fees. Ultimately, he took care of everything for me and successfully reached a settlement with this insurance and I am so thankful for that.He listened when I told him I just wanted to make sure that I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket and he came through with that.
